During the planning of an event to commemorate Charlie Kirk, the issue arose as to whether or not churches violate 501(c)(3) by participating in such an event. Suppose a politician is a Christian with Charlie Kirk’s values, and wants to participate in a commemoration event? Should they not be allowed to do so?

Here is my response and position on the issue.

Candidates are people & citizens who also have first amendment rights.

When my job title changed to “Pastor” I did not unbecome a US citizen with first amendment rights to free speech. I still maintain them.

Thus I formed Liberty Christian Fellowship under the US First Amendment of the US Constitution, laws passed by Congress, and not an IRS “policy” that has the “color” of law (but no substance, which is why there is no record of a church being “sued” under 501(c)(3).

The IRS policy is called “The Johnson Amendment” in an attempt to fool us into thinking there was an amendment to the US Constitution that enacted it. When I was discovering this in the early 2000’s, old timers within the IRS and NYS Tax Department said to me “The amendment’ was a 4-5 word phrase that perverse President Lyndon Baines Johnson added to an IRS INTERNAL POLICY MEMO, which the colluding media also promoted as if it was congressional law.”
The Bible says, “My people perish because of a lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6). Since we were duped with 501(c)(3), our school children are perishing without knowledge of how the Bible’s Ten Commandments define right and wrong.

Prior to the 1954 501(c)(3) policy, and the transfer of our SCOTUS from Bible-believing, born again Christians to non-Bible believing “religious” people, who ruled between 1962-1965 that the Bible was not included in America’s free speech, the schools taught the same morality that American churches taught.

To “comply” with the ignorance of America’s actual law, which 501(c)(3) encourages and promotes, the American judicial system, political parties and the federal and state Departments of Education began hiring people who would enforce the concept of “separation of church and state” (a phrase not appearing in any of America’s founding documents, nor in the US Constitution). That enforcement philosophy has been promulgated to get US (pun intended) to believe that “The Bible is outlawed from the public square,” and “church” only is something you do behind the 4 closed walls of a religious building.

Think about this:
In Mark 10:14 and Matthew 19:14, Jesus says, “Let the little children come to me, and hinder them not.” The first government sanctioned educational program in America was “The New England Primer.” By 1647 it officially was codified as America’s primary educational tool throughout America’s original 13 colonies. It used the Bible as its primary text book. It taught the alphabet as “A is for Adam and E is for Eve.” B is for Bible and C is for Christ. The New England Primer was the prevailing American public school text book up through the early 1800’s.

Do we really think the Lord Jesus Christ and His early American disciples who founded this nation would tolerate 501(c)(3) that denies children access to Himself?

Acts 5:29 says “But Peter and the apostles answered, “We must obey God rather than men.” My ambition, by the grace of Almighty God is to go forth and do likewise!
